Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 7 october 2021, are required by the executor nicolino catalano to send particulars of their claims to him at c/- ziatas & associates lawyers, 7/22 mounts bay road, crawley, wa 6009 within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice. Probate was granted in western australia on 15 november 2022.
