Made by the Minister under section 19 of the act. This order is the road traffic (vehicles) inspection order 2019. The grant of a vehicle licence for a vehicle is prohibited unless and until the vehicle has been examined and a certificate of inspection has been issued under the act. The renewal of a vehicle licence for a vehicle is prohibited unless and until the vehicle has been examined and a certificate of inspection has been issued under the act. The provisions of this order apply throughout the state. The road traffic (vehicles) inspection order (no. 2) 2018 is repealed.
