The council of the City of Cockburn resolved on 11 June 2020 to make the following local law under the powers conferred on it by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other enabling powers. This is the City of Cockburn Waste Local Law 2020, commencing 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette.
