The Shire of Wongan-Ballidu under the powers conferred by the Planning and Development Act 2005 makes the following Local Planning Scheme. This local planning scheme is the Shire of Wongan-Ballidu Scheme No. 5 (βthe Schemeβ). Under section 87(4) of the Act, this local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
