The Shire of Wongan-Ballidu under the powers conferred by the Planning and Development Act 2005 makes the following Local Planning Scheme. This local planning scheme is the Shire of Wongan-Ballidu Scheme No. 5 (“the Scheme”). Under section 87(4) of the Act, this local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.

Requires creditors to send particulars of claims to executor Birgit Daller within one month of publication for an unnamed deceased estate.
