Medical (area of need) determination (no. 12) 2018 made by the chief medical officer, pursuant to section 67(5) of the schedule of the health practitioner regulation national law (western australia). This determination comes into operation on the 23 june 2018 and expires on the 22 june 2019. The area of need specified in the schedule is determined to be an area of need for the purposes of section 67(5).
