The council of the Shire of Gingin resolved on 21 December 2024 to make the following local law under the Dog Act 1976 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Gingin Dogs Local Law 2025 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district. The Shire of Gingin Dogs Local Law 2004 is repealed.
