Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the late James Arthur Desmond O’Brien-Malone who died on 13 October 2019 are required to send particulars of their claims to the Executor, care of RSM within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which notice has been given.
