Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Bradley James Rule, deceased, who died on 19 june, 2022 at royal perth hospital, perth in the said state are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, lynette kaye james, 21 wendlebury way, eden hill, western australia 6054 within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regards only to the claims which she then has notice.
