Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased, who died on the 21st day of May 2018, are required by the executor Catherine Tauss of c/- Willcraft Estate Planning Pty Ltd, an incorporated legal practice, of Suite 7, 24 Parkland Road, Osborne Park to send particulars of their claims to her by no later than 30 August 2019 after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims on hand.
