In the matter of the estate of Grace Marie Zappara late of 75 Amherst Road, Canning Vale, Western Australia and previously of Unit 2 / 4 Heron Place, Maddington, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 24th January 2024, are required by the executors Adela Rogan and Suzanne Ellis of 13 Palatine Crescent Canning Vale WA 6155, to send the particulars of their claims to 13 Palatine Crescent Canning Vale WA 6155 by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
