Amends the Rail Safety National Law (WA) (Alcohol and Drug Testing) Regulations 2015, including replacing Securetec DrugWipe with Securetec Drugwipe II Twin THC/MET, prescribing the UltraSal-2 Saliva Collection Device, deleting Part 5 Division 2, and inserting Division 3A regarding Securetec Drugwipe II Twin Combo.
