These regulations amend the Taxation Administration Regulations 2003. They allow the Commissioner to disclose information to WorkCover WA and the Corruption and Crime Commissioner for purposes related to their functions. They also allow disclosure of information about legal practitioners and settlement agents to the Legal Practice Board and the Commissioner Fair Trading.
