Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12 december 2024, are required by the executor, sherree jade garbutt care of level 14, [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to her at the address herein within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
