Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the above named deceased, who died on 20 december 2019, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to philip frederik hoff, 17 illowra way, duncraig, by 14 february 2020, being the date of one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has on notice.
