Made under the Local Government Amendment Act 2023 section 2(d) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Local Government Amendment Act 2023 Commencement Proclamation 2023. The Local Government Amendment Act 2023 sections 5(2) and (4), 7 to 11, 13 to 16, 19(1) to (3), 24 and 89 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
