Pursuant to regulation 10A (b) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I close the following area of water to swimming from 6:30 PM to 7:40 PM on Saturday 8 April 2023. All waters adjacent to Middleton beach, Albany bounded by a line commencing on the foreshore at approximately 35° 1.036'S, 117° 55.015'E thence, approximately 400 meters east to a point at 35° 1.304'S, 117° 55.274'E thence, in a southerly direction to point on the headland at approximately 35° 1.539'S, 117° 55.277'E thence, in a westerly direction back to the foreshore to a point at approximately 35° 1.561'S 117° 55.074'E, thence back to the point of commencement at approximately 35° 1.036'S, 117° 55.015'E. This area is set aside for safety measures during the drone light show for the approved First Lights Binalup Drone Show.
