Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 19 may 2023, are required by the trustee micheal charles ward of c/- mcwilliams davis lawyers, level 3, [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to him by 1 october 2023, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
