Exemption for bhp billiton nickel west pty ltd for the provision of water services (potable water supply and sewerage) to leinster. In accordance with section 7 of the water services act 2012, the minister for water, hon dave kelly mla, has granted an exemption from the application of section 5(1) of the act to bhp billiton nickel west pty ltd (acn 004 184 598) for the provision of water services (potable water supply and sewerage services) to the township of leinster and the leinster nickel operation.
