Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 april 2025 at concorde nursing home, 25 anstey street, south perth, western australia are required by the executor tenny fong to send particulars of their claims to birchstone legal group, po box 1399, kalamunda wa 6926 within one month of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
