Revokes previous instruments of delegation and delegates powers and functions under the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967 and related regulations to specified employees of the Department of Mines and Petroleum holding identified positions. The delegation does not prevent the Minister from exercising the powers and functions, and the delegate cannot further delegate.
