It is notified for general information that, pursuant to section 78(1) of the Financial Management Act 2006, the treasurer has amended or deleted the following treasurer’s instructions: treasurer’s title action 1 foundation amended 2 accountability amended 3 financial sustainability amended 4 risk management and internal control amended 5 expenditure and payments amended 6 income and receipts amended 7 special purpose accounts amended 8 financial accounting and reporting amended 9 financial statements amended 10 internal audit amended 11 transition deleted. Related notices
Informs that the Public Trustee will administer the estates of deceased persons.
Requires creditors to submit claims against deceased estates to the Public Trustee by June 22, 2026.
