Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21/10/2022, are required by the executors anh long truong and nguyet truong, care of futureproof co, t2/152 great eastern highway, ascot wa 6014 to send particulars of their claims to them by the date one month from the publication date after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
