Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Town of Victoria Park resolved on the 12 April 2022 to make the following local law. This local law amends the Town of Victoria Park Activities on Thoroughfares and Trading in Thoroughfares and Public Places Local Law as published in the Government Gazette on 31 May 2000 and as amended on 10 May 2005 and 24 August 2021.
