Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of arthur marshall mccafferty, who died on 6 july 2016, are required by the personal representative, frances netta drummond-hay c/- carlo primerano & associates barristers and solicitors, to send particulars of their claims to her by 13 july 2017, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
