I, Ronald Mark Gabrielson, Acting Executive Director, Petroleum Division of the Department of Mines and Petroleum, the delegate of the Minister of Mines and Petroleum for the State of Western Australia, declare the block hereunder to be a location for the purpose of the Act. Hamersley Range Map Sheet SF50 Block No. 5668 Denver/Highgrove TTP-LNA-0001. The block is the subject of Petroleum Exploration Permit TP/8 held by Quadrant Northwest Pty Ltd; KUFPEC Australia Pty Ltd; and, Harriet (ONYX) Pty Ltd.
