Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 8 of the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969, an application has been received from Strike South Pty Ltd for a licence to construct and operate a pipeline for the conveyance of petroleum. A map showing the proposed route of the pipeline may be examined during public office hours until 9 November 2023 at the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, 1st floor Mineral House, 100 Plain Street, East Perth; the Mid West regional office located at Shop 3, 50-52 Durlacher Street, Geraldton; or on the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety website.
