Pursuant to section 7A and 7B, the tribunal has considered sections 2.7 to 2.10 and section 5.41 of the lg act, which outlines the roles and responsibilities of local governments, councillors, mayors, presidents and their deputies, and the functions of local government chief executive officers (ceos). The tribunal has determined that ceo remuneration bands be increased by 4%.
