It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Mukinbudin Local Planning Scheme No. 4 on 1 July 2025 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning of Lots 98—102 Calder Street, Mukinbudin, from ‘Special use—Club premises to ‘Residential and adding a density code of ‘R12.5/30’. As more clearly shown on the scheme Amendment Map 2. Amending the scheme Map accordingly, and 3. Deleting the ‘Special use—Club Premises’ in item no. 2 of Schedule 4—Special use zones.
