In the matter of the estate of reginald john johnson, late of dale cottages nursing home, [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 november 2016, are required by the trustee of the late reginald john johnson, to send the particulars of their claim to richard rowick barrister & solicitor of 1/[contact details redacted] state of western australia, within 31 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the said trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
