Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased, who died on 7 july 2022, are required by the personal representative of the estate, sacha roscoe of 18 winderie crescent, western australia 6069 to send particulars of their claims to him within one month of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
