Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 february 2019, are required by the personal representative, faye heather matyas of care of douglas cheveralls lawyers, 510a hay street, subiaco wa 6008, to send particulars of their claim to her within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
