Made by the Minister for Education under section 11B (2) of the School Education Act 1999. This is the Higher School Leaving Age Options Order 2020. The Higher School Leaving Age Options Order 2019 (No. 2) is repealed. Specifies prescribed courses, providers, locations, and final approval dates.
