These rules amend the Supreme Court (Court of Appeal) Rules 2005. Amendments include definitions of audio link, interlocutory civil appeal, primary court case, and video link. Rule 6 and 14 are deleted. Several other rules are amended regarding procedures for appeals, forms, and hearings by audio or video link.
