It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of kalgoorlie-boulder town planning scheme amendment on 29 may 2017 for the purpose of— 1. amend scheme map to remove the ‘service station’ zone to the ‘general residential’ zone, at a density of r40.
