It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Bunbury Local Planning Scheme No. 8 on 27 May 2026, for the purpose of amending the scheme map to identify Lot 17 on Plan 1856 as Additional Use No.20, and amending the scheme text at Schedule 1 to include specific additional uses for Glen Iris Village, Lot 17 Vittoria Road, Glen Iris.
