Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3rd day of August 2023, are required by the executor Sonja Rose Burnett, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Level 2, [contact details redacted] Western Australia, by 18th day of October 2024, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
