Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late desmond richard elliss, deceased, who died on 15 april 2020, are required by the administrator, cheryl rose anthony c/- unit 2, [contact details redacted] 6210, to send particulars of their claims to the administrator within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
