Anthony Lionel Godfrey late of 31 Range View Rd, High Wycombe, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1963 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on 9 June 2024, are required by the Executors Vanessa Donald and Paul Godfrey to send particulars of their claim to Vanessa Donald of 12 Bradshaw St, Canning Vale WA 6155 within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regards only to the claims of which they then have notice.
