Proclamation regarding the Perth Coastal and Gwelup Underground Water Pollution Control Area. Abolishes the Gwelup Underground Water Pollution Control Area constituted in 1973 and the Perth Coastal Underground Water Pollution Control Area constituted in 1989 and altered in 1990. Constitutes the Perth Coastal and Gwelup Underground Water Pollution Control Area, with boundaries defined by coordinates annexed to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation Plan DWERT1400.
