Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Edward Max Dozak, who died on 1 January 2018, are required by the applicants for a grant of probate, to send particulars of their claims to Jarvis Nixon Legal within one (1) month of the publication of this notice, after which date the applicants for the grant of probate may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
