In the estate of John Desmond Nylander, late of 117 Stubbs Terrace, Daglish, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other person having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 December 2018, are required by the executor Pasquale Anthony Settineri of Unit 16, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to Pasquale Anthony Settineri of Unit 16, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco, Western Australia by Friday 19 April 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
