Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of the late denis john macey late of 28 brockwell parkway, landsdale wa 6065, deceased, who died on 16/09/2024, are required by the administrator, hollie ann earle, to send to solicitors for the trustee, lawton macmaster legal, p.o. box 5680, st georges tce wa 6831, particulars of such claims within 30 days of this notice. After such date, the administrator may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
