This declaration is the biosecurity and agriculture management (prohibited organisms) declaration (no. 3) 2017. The organism listed below is declared under section 12 of the act to be a prohibited organism and is assigned under regulation 8 of the biosecurity and agriculture management regulations to the control category c1 for the whole of the state. dickeya dianthicola samson et al. 2005
