Filippo Giuseppe Pruiti (also known as Phillip Joseph Pruiti), late of 45 Pruiti Crescent, Lesmurdie, Western Australia, died on 05/08/2024. On 24/10/2024 the Supreme Court of WA granted Probate No. PRO/6880/2024 to Rebecca Jane Gibb as Executor of c/- 5 Pendalup Road, Jane Brook, Western Australia. Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased (including to which s63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), are required by the Executor to send particulars of their claims to the Executor by one clear calendar month from the date this notice is given, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
