Authorises general retail shops (other than motor vehicle shops) in the Esperance local government district to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed, in accordance with the Table. Revokes the Retail Trading Hours (Shire of Esperance) Variation Order 2014.
Related notices
Requires landowners and occupiers within the Shire of Esperance to clear firebreaks or take other measures by October 9, 2026, and maintain them until March 31, 2027.
Amends the Shire of Esperance Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2025 by updating definitions and prescribed offences.
Enacts the Shire of Esperance Health Amendment Local Law 2026.
Authorises general retail shops in Esperance to open during otherwise closed hours.
