Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of phillip john paskos, late of bethesda palliative care unit, queenslea drive, claremont, western australia, who died on 6 october 2021, are requested by the executor, dylan paskos, to send particulars of their claims to him at 16 grey street, bayswater, western australia 6053, within 30 days of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has notice.
