Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 june 2017 at 495 marmion street, booragoon in the state of western australia, are required by brook legal, solicitors acting for the personal representative being ian frederick duncan to send particulars of their claims to care of brook legal, po box 93, wembley, western australia 6913 within 30 days of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
