Creditors and other persons having claim (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who was found dead on 24 november 2020, are required by the administrator, callum john knight of care of costantino & co, [contact details redacted] their claims to him by 2 september 2022 after which date the executor may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has notice.
