Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 4 may 2021 are required by malcolm boyd hammer, the administrator of the estate (trustee) to send particulars of their claim to him care of birman & ride of level 3, [contact details redacted] 6000 by the date one month from the publication date after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
