The council of the City of Wanneroo resolved on 8 November 2022 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Bush Fires Act 1954. This local law may be cited as the City of Wanneroo Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2022 and shall apply throughout the district. This local law will come into operation 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette.
